SalhabWeb · WhatsApp bot
A WhatsApp bot that answers your customers in Arabic, English and Arabizi
Through SalhabWeb I build WhatsApp bots for restaurants, clinics, salons and shops in Lebanon, Iraq and the Gulf, with the dashboard behind them and the website in front. Then I keep them running.
- Arabic · English · Arabizi
- Voice notes and photos
- Official WhatsApp Business Platform, no banned tricks
How it works
A customer writes. The bot understands. You get the order or the booking.
The message arrives
Text, a voice note or a photo, in Arabic script, English or Arabizi, typos and all.
The bot understands it
It works out the language, the request and the details that matter before replying.
You get a card
The customer gets a clear answer and a summary card to confirm, and the order or booking lands in your dashboard.
The real bot runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform with an AI model behind it and answers 24/7; the demo on this site is a simulation in your browser.
Arabic, English and Arabizi in one chat
Many customers in Lebanon, Iraq and the Gulf write Arabizi: Arabic in Latin letters, where numbers like 3, 7 and 2 stand for Arabic letters. The bot reads it alongside Arabic script and English in the same chat, and replies in the one the customer used.
Before replying, it tidies the message: vowel marks are ignored, spellings of the same Arabic letter count as one, Eastern Arabic digits become regular digits and small typos are forgiven. Then it picks out the item and quantity, the number of people, the day and the time.
It also knows everyday words from different dialects: “shu fi” and “bade” from Lebanon, “shlonak” and “aku shi” from Iraq, “abgha” from the Gulf.
Messages it understands:
- fi delivery la Hazmieh?
- بدي احجز طاولة لـ 4 بكرا
- bade e7jez tawle la 4 bukra 3a 8
- 7ki ma3 7ada
Orders, bookings and a person when needed
It knows your menu, hours, location and delivery zones, and answers what your customers ask every day.
Orders
It reads the items and quantities, adds up the total and sends an order summary card with pickup, delivery and edit buttons.
Bookings
Tables and appointments with the number of people, day and time. It asks for anything missing, sends a booking card to confirm, then a reference number.
Voice notes and photos
Customers can send a voice note instead of typing, or a photo, and the bot understands both. Try the mic in the demo, in Arabic or English.
A person when needed
One keyword hands the chat to you: the customer types “human” and the bot tells them you have been notified.
A WhatsApp bot for restaurants, clinics and salons
The demo shows three businesses, all fictional examples made for the demo, not clients.
Restaurants
Menu and prices, opening hours, delivery zones, orders for pickup or delivery, and table bookings. The demo restaurant also answers halal, vegetarian and payment questions.
Clinics
Appointments by day and time, treatments and prices. Urgent messages get the clinic's phone number first; insurance questions get a request for a photo of the card.
Salons
Services and prices, appointments for hair, nails and skin, and questions such as bridal packages or home service.
The same bot works for shops too.
The owner's side
Everything the bot collects lands in one place on your phone: bookings, orders, customers, busiest hours and most-asked questions.
- Bookings and orders calendar
- Customer list and history
- Analytics by language and intent
AI agents can work on top of it: daily order summaries sent to you on WhatsApp, follow-ups for quiet customers, and orders synced to a sheet or your POS.
From your menu to your number
Three steps, and I stay on after launch to keep it running.
Send me your menu or services list
A photo is enough.
You get a demo link in a day
The bot already answers with your menu, in your customers' language.
We launch on your number
You keep using WhatsApp as usual; the bot handles the rest.
Who builds it
I'm Mohammad Salhab, a computer engineer from Baabda, Lebanon. I graduated 1st in Computer Engineering at Beirut Arab University, founded SalhabWeb in 2024, and built a churn model that runs in production at Wakilni and is used by the team.
Frequently asked questions
Does the bot understand Arabizi?
Yes. Arabizi, Arabic typed in Latin letters with numbers like 3, 7 and 2, works just like Arabic script and English, and the bot replies in whichever one the customer used.
Can it take orders and bookings?
Yes. It asks for anything missing, like the number of people or the time, sends a summary card to confirm, and you see it in your dashboard.
What if a customer wants to talk to a person?
They type one keyword, like “human”, and the bot hands the chat over to you, right in WhatsApp.
Does it use the official WhatsApp Business Platform?
Yes, with no banned tricks and an AI model behind it. The demo here is a simulation for illustration, not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
Do you work outside Lebanon?
Yes: Lebanon, Iraq and the Gulf. The demo already understands everyday Lebanese, Iraqi and Gulf words.
Want this with your own menu?
Send me your menu or services list on WhatsApp. I answer within a day.
